Monday MOMday

I don't see woo flashie beast!
Okay - I'll mess up the shot as woo take it by walking towards woo!

No khaption needed!

Time to turn it ovFUR to Mom - after I share the handsome Belgian Shepherd - aka Groen - that we selekhted as our furry special transportation dedikhation khanineEli I had this pikh on my blog bakhk in January when he was featured at our Farm Show - he was at Ground Zero to share his therapy dog talents - Mom thought is was khwite appropriate her shotgun today was also a blakhk dog!

Here is a link to a page on Eli's website - well, he shares it - but he's the famous one - and since he's a produkht of Pawsylvania, he's even more special - we'll warn woo - his page has musikh on it - so you'll probably want to mute it or be ready fur itHere we go again! The GKP*There it is!I encountered another dog transport pal - actually, Diana was one I've met many times - especially with the furry handsome Laska - she had this handsome foster Andy with her - and she gave me some fliers she had for him - I passed one along to each of the drivers I met - for having met Andy, he very much deserves a great home - he was a sweetie! Diana told me she had driven him on a transport and decided to foster him rather than leave him at the shelter he was headed to - she just felt he'd do better with her - both for placement and care - Here is the write up about himand some pictures - she told me how wonderfully he did with the JRT she has right now - so if you know of anyone that would like to add a very special Foxhoundie, please contact Diana - Meet Cuddy - I found out Sunday afternoon when I called Mary to say the pups were on their way to Allentown from Harrisburg that she was named for Cuddy on House

I also got to hear Cuddy's story - her human had to make a tough decision - she had an opportunity for a job transfer and relocation that took her to Europe - but it wouldn't really provide for a good life for this beauty - so she contacted someone she knew about finding a good home for her - that someone is a foster and transporter for Rotts 'n Pups - and boy did she ever find her a good home - she's headed to a place with lots of land and horses and a new mom that is a vet - I mean, how much better can it get?

She had so much personality and was so sweet - I stroked her almost the entire trip to Harrisburg - I even found the spot the made her roll over for the tummy rub!

She had THE eyes - I know she's already used them on her new family!

One state closer!

One of those shots I luck in to getting with the blind point and shoot!

Our first YELLOW for MURRAY from this week's transport!

She traveled with her own comfy dog bed that we put on the shotgun seat - loved her paws with the hints of white -

The second YELLOW for MURRAY - too bad it's not the MURRAY Windows and Doors Company!

She only napped a bit of the way - when she did, the console between the seats or my right hand was her pillow

She knew how to smile too

But was a bit of a challenge to photograph for she always ended up coming over to give me kisses!

See?!?

Jacob - of the cutie brothers

Newman - the other cutie brother

*

Another one that knew how to use THE look!

*

And yes, he knew how to froggeh too!

Resting and ready to hit the road to Allentown then on to Raritan then finally on to Secaucus

I'm back on the road and heading to see The Susquehanna from The South Bridge - what I saw from I81 was WOW - just WOW - I couldn't get any shots from there since I had a truck next to me as I crossed that bridge -

to say the water level is high would be an understatement

the pictures don't do it justice

It crested at 25.17 feet of Friday - and has fallen since but it is still impressive to see - they aren't expecting City Island to reopen until Tuesday at the earliest -

Back I go

A billboard for the big event going on in York right now - if we had planned ahead, we might have made it our Project12 for September!

Mission Accomplished!

What a trio of great canines!

More proof of how rescues SO rock!

With everything that had gone on since the auction ended - including the 87 days of The Amish Life - we never got a chance to KHONGRATULATE and thank the winner of the transport auction over HERE - I've been in contact with the very very nice Denise - appropriate since that is my middle name - about the transport - it is intended to be a Christmas gift for her mom - so we'll be giving thought to when we do it - as well as the other aspects I keep in mind as we make sure the transport is special for all!

Cuddy's new humans wrote the transport list at 5:46 Sunday to thank us - and let us know Cuddy was home - and checking out all it had to offer! She also promised pics - I'll share them on a future post!

Here is the link to the Photobucket album which is one big honkin' collection of cuteness - or is that khuteness? It has pictures from Saturday's legs - and the overnight - it also includes pics Lisa and Brian took - they were the ones I met in Harrisburg - who drove the special trio to Allentown to meet Don - and lots of videos - even a video of Andy The Foxhoundie

Here is the link to just the slideshow !

Since I'm putting this together Sunday evening, I just got an email with a pic of The Cuteness Brothers meeting their new humans - I'll share that on an upcoming post as well - the smiles SO tell the story - the message also said Jacob is now called Puddy - so Newman and Puddy are HOME in NY! They even got to play in Central Park Sunday night!

Have a great week!

Hugz&Khysses to all from Khyra's Khorner

Murray's Mom is very glad there is a big ocean between us because Murray wants Jacob and Newman!! He adored their photos and keeps asking "why can't Clive has some step-brothers!" Thankfully the school bus has now taken him off!!

What a busy transport - the photos were amazing and thank you so much for including two 'yellow' ones for Murray! We agree shame Marvin wasn't Murray! There would really have been huge screams here this morning! Anyway, Murray was thrilled with his 'yellow' photos - gets him smiling on a Monday morning before school.

Well done again to your Mom Khyra on another great transport.

take care
