Tuesday Telling

Lord PF showed in the PM -

And so did more snow -

Heading to 730pm -19 - Cloudy - and yes, the drive to MyGiant was in the snow - took it easy of course since there were people driving like scaredy khats -

They fibbed - it was still showing at 5:45pm when I left The GKP - the KhrossTrek had maybe 1/4 - 1/2 " -

After getting home from Saturday's 'venture, I did our Mad Radish Beets!

25 minutes - five beets - five minutes per beet - 

My Kitchen Assistant being compensated - 

Monday's lunch salad - save for the Ricotta, all Mad Radish sourced - Lettuce Mix - Hakurei Turnips - Celery - Carrot - Broccoli - Beet - YUM!

Saturday Night - we went to collect our Men In The Kitchen order -

I got an assortment - Mac & Cheese was Sunday's lunch - the rice was Sunday's dinner - the other items - Fried Salmon Bites & Brussels Sprouts with Apples & Sausage were Saturday's dinner - all very good - I had been wanting to try the Brussels Sprouts for a while now - great with the salmon bites -

Checking all the smells -

Her Salmon Bite - I didn't dip hers in the sauce - that was all mine -

Her Brussels Sprout - she liked it too -

We were bummed to learn that when Men In The Kitchen's location in town across from The Holy Hound opens, this one will be closed - Auntie Di and I will miss them - I will be ordering again soon whilst I still can - for getting Saturday take out from them won't be quite as easy - but Auntie Di and I will still have them on our lunch offering rotation -
