Look who was waiting at our first view -
In a bit, it was Lady PF's turn -
And then - Lord and Lady PF -
Just after 630pm - 29 -Clear - and The Babblers are SNOWexcited -
Just across from our lunch spot - quite the collection -
District Thai was the FrEYEday's Auntie Di choice -
And a great one for sure - we hadn't been here for too long - and before I switched to the Payroll Specialist role at The GKP, I would get take out from here on some SUNday's -
They have quite the selection of Thai products for purchase back there -
We started with some Bikini Shrimp - shrimp wrapped in seaweed & thin won-ton and fried - served with Chef's special sauce - and a big YUM!
Auntie Di's choice in the rear; mine in front -
Pineapple Fried Rice -
I built a Noodle Soup Bowl - Bangkok Broth as base - which is Coconut Milk & Lemongrass - with mushrooms & stringbeans - I chose wide noodles - and then Tofu & Vegetables - and INCREDIBLE!
We built The Dog Tax too - Auntie Di donated pineapple and cherry tomato; I added carrot tofu greenbean -
For The Dog in that KhrossTrek -
Because it was SO WINDY, the tax presentation was a wee bit challenging - but The Dog was already excited - tipped off by the tongue!
We will do our best to get back here soon!
Traffic finally permitted me to snag this - it makes me smile each time I pass it along Church Road -
Waiting at our Cousler Park traffic light -
My dish had pea pods in it as well - along with baby corns - so I paid the back to The Khottage veggie tax -
Auntie Di gifted me her take home - and I have my own - I did have hers for my FrEYEday night meal -
It was awesome -
Ever watchful -
Resting Heeler -
Then came Napping Heeler -
We had a VERY full Small Business Saturday - and then a bit of kitchen time - we declare our weekEND productive&successive!
Of course, we do get to ask: WHERE DID OUR WEEKEND GO? WHERE DID NOVEMBER GO?? WHERE IS 2025 GOING???
Happy Last Day of November EvFURRYone!
All Of Us At NAK's Khottage
Now With KhattleDOG!

The food all looks so yummy! Mom has never had Thai food. Guess what, Willow - Missy put pea pods on the huge salad that she brought for Thanksgiving and I got to try one. They are so crunchy and good!
ReplyDeleteThe bikini shrimp look tasty. Hope you and Willow have an easy WFH shift. It's snowing here too. Seems time is going faster with the older I get. About half scares me!
ReplyDeleteWe never eat Thai, or Korean, or Vietnamese etc... here because it's all too spicy for #1. We have beautiful sunshine today so we had a great walk with #1! But she keeps complaining that I pull too hard...
ReplyDeleteWoofs,
Ollie
Lulu: "Those PFs are definitely the masters of all they survey, and they survey a lot from up there. The food looks delicious, especially the crunchy vegetables of course!"
ReplyDeleteJava Bean: "Ayyy, our Dada says he is not sure where the weekend or November or 2025 went or is going, but he has noticed that we all seem to be in some manner of handbasket ..."
