Monday MOMSday

The PFs were out and about most of the day -

I did catch them around in the early evening -

Just about 8pm - 83 - Fair -

Saturday's 'venture -

Willow said this had better not be like FrEYEday's 'fun' -

I told her - it would be fun - with two of her favorites -

Auntie Di & Khousin Emmy -

Emmy was selecting her brunch salad -

Auntie Di's Golden Guernsey -

Animal Crackers for the Cracker Animals before we left -

For Men In The Kitchen - the last time I had wanted to do lunch here, I was too early - that was back on the day Auntie Di had her lumpectomy done - as Willow and I headed back to The Khottage, we stopped thinking they opened at 11am - but it wasn't until 1130 -

On a warm humid day, ice water and lemon ROCKS!

We started by sharing the Crab Stuffed Shrimp - and as Auntie Di put it when 'Chef' asked, it was even better than she had expected - my thoughts exactly!

The Fried Lobster and Shrimp Roll had been what had caught our eyes earlier in the week - and it did not disappoint -

The DOG needed to see proof of TAX payment -

Auntie Di took some home to Khousin Emmy along with a bit of her remaining 'sandwich' -

We each left with some Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Khake as when Renz - our awesome server - an attentive and sweet kid - tried to box up mine, another piece fell over with the cutting - so we each got some - and OH MY we both deemed it YUM!!!!!!

After we left MIK, we headed for a quick errand - we'll share more tomorrow with Tuesday's Telling to wrap up our day - Auntie Di and I will be sure to get back to MIK soon - the food is great as are the people - and for me, the music makes me want to sit there and stay there - my favorite R&B - and yes, I do find myself singing along -
