Thankful Thinking Thoughtful Thursday

Breaking News!!!Balloon Boy (no, not HIM)
The Doggy Nanny and Fred went to Damon's fur dinner Wednesday night - it was Family Night there and the human entertaining those in attendance made this fur The Doggy Nanny! She had her shirt on fur good lukhk on Wednesday. My mom showed me all but her jeans and khlogs were red items!
GO PHILLIES!!!

Now to our regularly skhheduled post:

The Day Fur All The Th's!Furst off, I'm thinking good thoughts and khrossing my paws fur Unkhle Paul
It is his day fur bakhk surgery - he is getting a human bone buried into his bakhk by THIS HUMAN VET
in his L1 L5 area - it is going to be khwite the procedure AND I think it will be khwite sometime until he'll be able to let me pull him around BUT all of us (pawtikhularly The Doggy Nanny) would appreciate good thoughts and vibes fur him.

I do know that my smiles were all inspired and maintained by the khool awards shared this past week







Of khourse Dennis made us smile on Sunday



BUT we'll admit the biggest smile of thanks khame from this one that Remi pawed to me!


He is a sweet pup pup puppy and we all know how puppy inspired smiles are furry furry special!




He is akhtually Nala's brofur and they recently got to meet and play fur the furst time! It is also khool that Remi's birfday is my Doggy Nanny's birfday too!

    Please tell your momma AND Uncle Paul that we send our absolutely BEST SOUTH AFRICAN good wishes to him for his surgery!!! Mom's brother is an Orthopedic surgeon, so we know what he is in for... All our paws are crossed and we'll be thinking of him over the next weeks/months. Shame, poor guy! But hopefully it will be successful and take all the pain away.
    Also, Khyra - that first photo of you in the sunshine is truly the best. You look absolutely beautiful in it.

    I'm thinking of Uncle Paul because I had almost the same procedure a few years ago. It was a long and painful recovery but it helped sooooo much in the end. I hope that it helps him too!

    During my recovery, for the one and only time in her life, my K ran straight into me and knocked me down (by accident!). Fortunately, no damage done. Be careful Khyra!
