Monday MOMday

Monday MOMday Time AgainBut furst, some pikhs of ME ( a Sunday one just after Mom returned with my Xterra)
In my rainy glory on Saturday
So what if it is wet and moist and raining
I'll just
Wait fur it to stop
PLUS, there are many wonderful smells to be smelled!
And SUNDAY it FINALLY stopped! I think Mom brought it with her from WV!
I was watching her unload The Xterra
I'll turn it ovfur to Mom now so she khan share the pikhs from Sunday's transport!
******
Thanks Khyra!

Here are Sunday's three passengersEmmieRockwell (Starlite in the crate on the right)StarliteThe Three AmigosRockwell on puppy watchRockwellStarlite

It was another fun ride along I81! Starlite and Rockwell came from Gaston NC and are heading to The Last Resort Rescue; Emmie came from Sanford NC and is heading to Hilltop Haven Animal Rescue

Rockwell was a very good guardian of the two girls...he kept an eye on the puppy much of the way North AND made sure he slept quite close to Starlite.

There are some additional pictures and four videos at the Photobucket album! I didn't get many pictures of them due to how they settled down in The Xterra but you can still see their cuteness in abundance!

Here is a note the transport list got from Emmie's Rescue group

Thank you all very much. Emmie is home safe and sound in her foster home. She already has a pre-approved home and will most likely be going home this week. I can't thank you all enough!

Also Samantha thank you so so much! I have been trying to figure out how to get her to me for a month now. I am so grateful you helped us.

Emmie was rescued from being put to sleep and now is going to be living the life thanks to all of you :)

Once again, thank you to everyone for the support! The happy tails and the kisses along the way make crawling out of bed at 5am sooooo worth it!

I would also like to thank everyone for the kind comments left last Thursday on the anniversary of a very special day for me. It did start me on the road to a better life - one which allowed for the addition of Khyra to my life almost two years later.

I honestly don't know where I would be now had that day not happened. To say I'm glad it did would be an understatement! I mean a day without Khyra and all of you? SAY WHAT?!?

Khyra will be back tomorrow!

Have a great week!

  13. Hi Khyra, Gosh I wish you had been here yesterday. Mommy did some work in the greenhouse and she let me go in there with her for awhile until I became a nuisance. She had to pull/dig this humongous weed up. It was touching the ceiling and taking up most of the greenhouse. Mommy thought it was something Daddy planted and by the time she found out different it was HUGE. Anyway I gots to help with the pulling part. ~Fenris

Marley also was rescue a day before she was to be euthanized.. Sis says she is doing well. Still has that kennel cough that has to be gone before we can meet her.. She only weighs 30 lbs and that is very light for a 6 month old dogo.. Mom stopped and got Marley some good food which she really likes according to Sis.. Hopefully she will be fit to meet us Heeler's in no time..
