Wow, three eggs! We had a mockingbird nest in the tree in our front yard once and the adult birds flew at our heads - and often made contact! - every time we went in or out. It's safer to observe birdies on your blog. Have a nice weekend!
Huge!!! And I missed the third egg post - very exciting again! Wow - you have your eye on a lot of bird doings! xo Hugs, Sammie PS You are a very witty doggie - I love your glove comment yesterday - very, very funny! Cracked me up and you might have even thought I was one big smile myself! Thanks! S and Mom
That is very khool - we have a white hawk that lives near our house. Last year he was hunting and we saw him swoop down and grab a squirrel - yes a squirrel - it was amazing. We were afraid he was going to grab me next!!
We have hawks around our house but we don't know where they keep their eggs... wonder how big eagle eggs are? Mom saw a hawk sitting on the back fence and a squirrel came strolling by on the fence. Stupid hawk didn't see the free meal -- must've been a young hawk!
Love the eagle pik! When Mum & Dad got married in BC there were two bald eagles sitting on a tree stump watching the ceremony through the window, so Mum & Dad have a bit of a thing about Eagles now!
