El Camino was today's lunch choice- and when we were done, we would get some treats at the pink door on the left!

Our tasty tray - foods for now - and definitely for later -

They had advertised Surf & Turf Nachos - they were so good - and weighed a ton - we barely dented them - so some are here in The Khottage frig -

The empandas of the week were Birria -

I finally ordered their Birria Grilled Cheese - oh my!!!😋

Strawberry Horchata - and some rice for Auntie Di - 

The grilled cheese comes with some tomato soup for dipping - it complemented the sandwich- which was huge and heavy with stuffs!

Oh look - a DOG! - who did start her El Camino drool as soon as she saw us with the taxes -

A happy pup - and said we can go in to Amy's now - which we did - and which we'll share here tomorrow!

After feeding Willow Thursday PM, I opened the front door so we could be ready for our 630pm visitor -

Our Finance Guy - and Golden Retriever Dad - was coming to review the account - and despite it all, it actually did quite acceptably okay! -

And good thing too - as I decided on a 'date' for the retirement 'venture - The GKP needed one so they could begin a req for filling the position - so Thursday June 25, 2026 will be LDW 😜
