I told Willow the next time she saw me enjoying a coffee it would be weekEND!
She said she should get napping to be ready!
My kitchen assistant - I was making a 'soup' of sorts - with the leftover 'sauce' from last week's stuffed shells - I cooked some medium shells - and when draining them, poured over a bag oo frozen carrots, brocoli, and cauliflower - added some seasonings - and then let simmer - verdict tomorrow!
BTW, the kitchen help was compensated for her service!

ReplyDeleteWe woke up to pea-soup fog this morning. Then it cleared up and we had a nice sunny interlude during which #1 and I went for a walk. Now it's grey again, but we're expecting Mr. G and Ms. N for tea soon, so I'll get to go for a walk with him!
