  21. hey Khyra,

Truly a horrible case of animal abuse taken to the extreme. What a tragic, heartbreaking case. A very black mark on human behaviour toward animals.

I will be howling my heart out to honor the memory of those pups. My human and I will do what we can to keep the memory alive so this never ever happens again.

    Peace.

  24. Heartbreaking - FH says sometimes being human is shameful. That's why people like your mom are so amazing as they restore faith in human-kind.

We hope you have a good Easter Khyra.

PS - thank you for the mention on Thursday - we we SO excited when we saw our photo on your blog and needed a little lie down, he he he!

  26. Darling Khyra, our momma leaks and leaks when she looks into the haunting eyes of those who lost their lives at the hand of someone they trusted. We have howled on facebook and we have blogged and we have remembered.

  27. That gets our mommy so leaky because it's just so senseless. I'm an Alaskan husky so it makes me sad too that this tragedy happened. It just breaks our hearts into a million pieces.

  30. We join in the sorrow and outrage over the loss of these beautiful noble creatures. We have lit our candle, dressed in red, and let our voice be heard for change! May their deaths bring about an awakening in the way animals are treated and may they not have died in vain.

  31. Oh no, I'm just catching up on reading bloggies and I'm late again. My heart is with these babies, though. I know they feel our collective strength.
