Walkin' Wednesday 2010

Keeping an eye out fur those that wanted to approach The Doggy Nanny
As was Merdie
I was doing my morning meditation on the patio - had just finished my Doga - someone's mom was a bit too slow on the flashie beastie button
Watching Merdie meander
As The Kid watched both of us
My tail hides woo getting to see all of him in this pikh

I know some of woo had khommented on his 'taste' in toys - well, he really is pretty good with them - when Mom sees his fokhusing too much on destrukhting them, she'll supplement that one with a empty marrow bone or something nylagnawie - many of the toys woo see him with have been in my khollekhtion fur some time so khulling The Toy Herd - not to be khonfused with The Thundering Herd - is not a terrible thing !

It is akhtually funny as he chases me around around the furst floor with a stuffie in his mouth - we are hoping the skies will brighten so Mom khan khapture that to share

Here is our furst Walkin' Wednesday Filmed WhenevFUR - he has been doing pretty well on the walks - but Mom does have to make sure she doesn't trip on him - he is khwite taken with leaves that blow by as we walk - or as you'll hear Mom babble, the leaves we pass on the walk - or stones - or stikhks - ah yes, the benefits of having The Puppy License!

Thanks fur the khomments about Saturday's Treat Jar and Treats Fur Our Pals Behind Bars - that was the khlever khreation of the furry pawesome Moo and Jack from Roads Eyeland - we wanted to spread the words like fuzz fur the furry khool idea!

Hugz&Khysses,

Khyra and The Golden Khousins Merdie and Harley

  5. hey Khyra, and Merdie, and Harley,

Miss Khyra, what did Harley think about being upstaged by your fluffy tail? I can barely see his head behind all your floof!

What a nice walk you three took, and the colored tress were very pretty! Harley, I thought it was cute how you kept going back and forth checking on Merdie and Khyra! Or were you just nipping at them? :->

  23. What a tail you have Khyra! The puppy license is a great thing, isn't it? If you act goofy enough, you can get a license as a grown-up. Our dog R has one - but it's debatable whether he's a grown-up or a puppy!

  24. I'm with Wyatt! You and your cussins always play so nicely together!!

  25. Puppies...gotta love em, even when they reach that awkward stage... not quite grown up, but not quite so small, either. He's a cutie! God thing woo & Merdie are there to show him the ropes.

thanks again fur mentioning "Show Us Your Treat Jar", can't wait to see yours!

  28. Harley will learn sooner or later that standing behind your fluff will block his view.
Looks like everyone is having a great time!

  29. Harley weaves on his walkies like Mitch weaves on his! Mom says he makes it most difficult sometimes not deciding on one side or the other!

    Love ya lots,

  31. Great pics of all three of you! :) Hmm...maybe mom should start substituting my nylabone when I'm starting to tear apart my stuffies! Bali doesn't understand what to do with toys yet, so I don't have to worry about her. :)

  34. It's always a good idea to rotate toys, especially when destructoid tendencies are evident. Mom makes sure Neville has plenty of toys for chewin' and others for lickin' and some for just snooterin'. He's never chewed furniture or shoes-He's never really wanted to!

  35. Oh it is so lovely to see you all having such good fun together. LOve all the pictures and video..Hugs GJ x

  36. Loved this walking Wednesday - your Ma, Khyra, is a very good commentator on the newances of what is going on, scents and who likes what pawsition in the row of walkers. Personally, we are incredibly impressed that she can even walk with you three, much less use a video camera at the same time. Mom can barely walk the two of us and could never hold a still camera - certainly not a video! Good job training your Ma, Khyra! Keep up the fun at your Kamp!

  38. Your neighbourhood is so pretty, love the autumnal tree colours.

It looks like Khyra enjoys her cousins company on her walkies. Funny how they all want their own special walking place. My two will move sides sometimes when walking too.

PS - Thanks for visiting my blog, it is good to be getting back into blogging again. :D

  39. Haha! I like how you hid Harley with your tail. Don't want him stealing toooo much of your thunder, Khyra!

  41. Mom you are pretty talented with those 3. Harley is like Callie always changing the order and checking out rocks, leaves, bugs...
Mom thinks you have it a bit easier since Callie always has to go behind mom to find her favorite place... She has to be next to Gus not Louie...

  51. Leaves truly are the greatest thing on autumn walks. They are what taught Fergi to sniff and chase. Ever since her first fall, she has loved those crunchy leaves and the things that might be under them. True. It slows down our walk. But it is soooo worth it to watch her joy.

    Walk on!
