Monday With Three M's

JAVA
Mom did Sunday's transport in his honour/memory - Mom thought he'd be able to help drive and he did!

I know most of woo have already visited the furry nice tribute his furamily shared with us BUT in khase woo didn't know him, here IT IS

Thanks Java fur helping Mom's passengers make it safely to the next steps in their furever happiness!

******
Chillin' Saturday Night
Sunday after Mom got bakhk and we snoofed all the smells off of her!
Merdie
Mom needs to use the sport mode so she khan khapture Merdie at her best!
Just chekhkin' out the guishy yard!
Sentry Time
I know woo told evFURRYone how I spent my Saturday!
Maybe I'll change my name to Miss Fluffy Tail Spongie-Loons!
Merdie says I'm ready fur a nap! This change to DST robbed me of an hour of beaWOOty rest!

We'll turn this ovFUR to Mom now so she khan tell woo about Hootie, Honey, and Liston
******
Meet HOOTIE the Treeing Walking Coonhound

He got to ride shotgun so you will see LOTS of pictures of him - he was quite the talker - for 16 weeks or or so, he had quite the vocabulary - and he seemed to want to tell Liston MANY MANY things
Our Good Luck Charm
Honey
Liston
Hootie
Hootie
The 'Siamese' Brittany Twins
Honey with Hootie in the background
Liston

It was a very nice transport! Hootie had been fostered in Rock Hill SC; Honey and Liston in Clayton NC. Hootie is headed to a foster home in NH with Honey and Liston headed to foster homes in RI!

I picked them up at their overnight hosts and then pointed the Xterra towards Allentown PA!

Here is the Photobucket Link to their SLIDESHOW; and here is the Photobucket Link to their ALBUM with THREE videos!

Once again, I'd like to thank JAVA for watching out for me - especially when that Red Tailed Hawk tried to snag the Xterra on my way back from Allentown - if only I had the camera on, I would have gotten an awesome shot of the hawk mistiming its prey snag! I'm just glad I didn't clip him/her!

Khyra and Merdie will be back here tomorrow!

  5. How sad for Java's family.

Looks like your mom had a good time with those handsome dogs riding with her.

  6. I am sorry I did no know Java, he was very handsome! Glad he guided you on another transport mission, those look like another set of sweet pups. I find that the person riding shotgun sometimes feels the need to chatter on and on to 'keep the driver company and awake' so I bet he heard that was his job!
Spongieloons huh... A little wet up your way? Sorry the snow was already melted by the time it fell in your yard... bummer. I bet it took the rest of your mountain too :-(

  13. Lovely tribute to Java. Good to know some pups are on their way to a happy life in forever homes.

Merdie, we don't like DST either. Beauty rest is very important and it is rude of the beans to steal an hour from us.

Khyra, we don't have any snow but Fenris wants to know if you will come for a walk with him. ~AFSS

  15. As Mom told your Mom yesterday, Hootie was quite the hoot. What a cutie!!! He would have lots of fun here with Ciara - two cracker pups! Those were three very beautiful dogs who made their way to safety because of your Mom's help.

We have the squishy wet yard too, MFT. But we are hoping it is going to dry a bit this week - finally no rain.

Happy soaking up the sun, let the wetness stay in the ground.

Your comment on my blog made me laugh too about how everyone but you would know the name Khyra if your mom took your leash off at a trial! You are just too, too funny Khyra!

  51. I love your good luck charm hanging on the rearview mirror!

Thanks for the idea - I'll have to ask Layla to brush my hair! When she was a puppy, she'd try to groom me while I slept and I'd wind up with huge knots, but now maybe she'll do it with a brush and not her tongue and paws.

I'm glad your mom agrees - it creeps me out too! Thought it was just me!
