SERIOUSLY EVERYONE, KHYRA AND I ARE VERY TOUCHED BY EVERYONE'S SUPPORT ONCE THE WORD GOT OUT ABOUT LASKA BEING MISSING.
WE ALL FEEL HELPLESS SINCE WE CAN'T BE THERE TO HELP BUT ALL OF THE GOOD THOUGHTS, WISHES, PRAYERS, OFFERS, ASSISTANCE, SUGGESTIONS, ETC ETC ETC HAVE BEEN SO HELPFUL!

PLEASE FORGIVE US IF WE DON'T MAKE IT THROUGH THE BLOGS. OUR THOUGHTS ARE RACING AND WE ARE TRYING TO DO ALL WE CAN FROM 'HERE'

WE ALL KNOW THAT AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT, OUR KHANINE (AND OR FELINE) KHOULD BE LOST. WE KNOW HOW BADLY WE WOULD FEEL.

    We praying for Laska.
    Penny got spooked the 1st night we got her & took off running and wouldn't come to my voice. It was a very scary night out searching & calling. Penny decided that she wanted to be found the next morning & let a nice lady pick her up. We prayed bigtime that night & we know it works.
    Lets hope Laska has had enough of her adventure and wants to be found. We'll be waiting for news

    Oh Khyra - I've only just found out about Laska coz I'm a bit behind with checking blog posts - oh I'm so sorry!! I know I'm very far away - too far really to be any real help - but I'm sending lots and lots of slobbers to hope that somebody finds him soon and he is reunited with his family!

    We are praying for Laska's safe return! My mom had that happen twice--both times they were able to find the doggies, thank goodness. One beagle got loose at a truck stop and it took days and a have-a-heart trap to get her because the beagle girl did not know her name yet. There is hope! We believe Laska will be okay.

    Hi Mom,
    Our local pets on the nets suggests laminating some flyers and using big staples on lamposts to hold them. Also to make a big laminated poster and put it on your front fence/garage. A big huge one will make local people stop and look.

    We hope you get Laska home safe with you soon.

    Update us when you can, but we totally understand. We are keeping Laska in our purrs and prayers and asked St. Anthony and St. Francis again to watch over him and bring him home safe. purrrrrrrrs

    BTW, I posted a picture of my woofie cousin from Sunday's visit! Mommy didn't take many pictures because it was 89 degrees and humid!! She would have had a cute one of him snuggled up with her on the sofa, but everyone who could have taken it was outside in the heat! She and Mason took lotsa "air conditioning" breaks.

    O how I wish I was there to do the field work. But we all need to remember... Laska is SMART.
