Friday TreeS Fur All

Sorry about the odd photo placement!
Blogger was being BIG STOOPID when Mom went to edit our post! She furget she had snagged this photo befure she went to work on Thursday. When she went to add it, she khouldn't put it in the proper sekhwence!

SOOOOO, welkhome to FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY!!!

Here are some of the last tree pikhs we've taken:
Last Friday evening...Pink Dogwood and some redbud peeking out!
Pink Dogwood in the trees behind this house - akhtually, the trees are the barrier between the three neighbourhoods...
Lots of Khyra and Her Mom Kholours!
The Bluebird of Happiness in the trees at Mom's office - she put down the window of the Xterra and snapped this on Wednesday...BTW, she'll be heading to work AGAIN next week!
******
Now, here are some scenes from Thursday at Casa PF!
Some feeding and some admiring!
These ones had read Dave's suggestion on Thursday's AO4 Blog!
They were holding down the SUNbeams!
Looking up fur relief?
Showing off the kids!
******
NOW, here are some scenes from PAST years...this is how they will look 'soon'
Ahhhhhhh!
THEN BEFUR WOO KNOW IT:
They will be The Menacing AND Molting Marauders!
Trust me: by the time they leave the ledge and go out on their own, this will look like one big bad frat pawty!
******
Mom was SOOOOO excited again: she saw THE EAGLE...difFURent utility pole - facing west - akhtually looking in the direkhtion of Mom's high skhool! She really wishes she khould khapture the beaWOOty of the bird but it would be tough to do.
******
AND to reward all of us fur making it to FRIDAY, here is a special KHYRA WALKING VIDEO !!!
Happy Weekend EvFURRYone!
Make sure woo keep watching the PFs!

Update May 7, 2009A recent spring storm has disabled the eaglecam and we are working with all of our Lake Washington eagle cam partners to bring the camera on-line as soon as possible. We believe the eagle nest and two newly hatched eaglets are doing fine. The large nest-tree is intact and it was most likely a power surge that has damaged some electrical equipment. We will bring you new updates on the eagles and the camera system as soon as possible.

  10. Miss Khyra,
I think maybe the humidities make you extra fluffy. What a nice surprise to see walkies on Friday!

We have a flowering dogwood too! It was planted in memory of the mommy who lived in the house before us. Her daughter lives next door and can look out her window and see the nice tree and think of her momma.

  14. Thanks for the special Friday edition - glad to see you got sun. We had some sun but just enough to fire up the nasty t-storms and tornado watches AND to ruin Mom's TV night, missed the end of Survivor and saw none of GA:(

Happy Friday and great to hear that next week is another GO for Mom.

We love your walk.. To bad mom wouldn't let you play in the mud.. Callie would have dove right in...
It was really humid at the lake yesterday after our rain decided to stop. The lake is up a bit so no more shoreline along the bushes...

  27. Hi Khyra,

Mom wanted me to let you know that she follows a pair of PFs who are nesting on the ledge of the Woodman tower in Omaha. It makes her very anxious to watch when the chicks start exploring though cause the ledge is less than a foot wide and a gust of wind can blow the chicks right off the edge.
